WOODY I HYBRID expands the WOODY I product line by offering a combination of glass and aluminum profiles that seamlessly transition into the wooden sections of the glass partitions. The aluminum profiles are perfectly flush with the wooden ones, meeting the design requirement for an elegant black trim around the glass.

WOODY I timber-glass partitions feature single safety glazing set into solid glued wood profiles. Thanks to the uniform thickness of both the door frame and floor profiles, the partitions maintain a clean look without distracting transitions. Our commitment to maximum transparency is reflected in every detail—glass edges are ground and polished, then joined using transparent acrylic tape. In addition to light transmission, we ensure the sound insulation of the entire wall, regardless of the number or width of the glass modules.

WOODY I walls offer excellent sound insulation with laboratory-tested values up to 37 dB for fixed sections and 38 dB for door leaves. For quick comparison, they achieve the same soundproofing levels as standard acoustic doors with specialized cores. Similar sound insulation properties are shared by Ytong Klasik 100 P2-500 blocks (Porotherm: 44 dB; Porfix, 0.36 m thickness: 47 dB).

Wooden profiles are made from local glued solid oak or spruce and finished with eco-friendly, solvent-free, and VOC-free oils. We use oils registered in the Austrian ecological product database "Baubook" that also comply with the German "DIBt test." This ensures user protection against the subsequent release of solvents into the interior. The oils protect the wood from within, preserving its natural texture to the touch while remaining resistant to liquids. The oil finish does not crack and can be easily restored.
